岗位职责：
1、负责基建团队核心产品建设，内容包括但不限于：研发效能平台、学情价值反馈、视频体系建设等，从业务侧为组织进行赋能；
2、参与公司稳定性持续建设，内容包括但不限于：核心服务高可用、核心业务异地多活、性能压测与调优等，保障线上无故障；
3、参与公司后端职能持续建设，内容包括但不限于：技术升级演进、云产品和中间件使用规范和治理、疑难问题攻克等，根据组织需要解决职能上痛点问题；
4、参与公司业务系统架构评审和治理，致力于打造教育行业优秀系统和架构，*大化助力业务发展。
工作经验要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上，5年以上互联网行业开发经验；
2、有丰富的后端专业技能和解决问题的能力，有云原生经验者优先；
3、具备良好的沟通和表达能力，能够横向协调资源拿结果。
知识&技能要求：
1、深入理解Java/Go等语言，熟悉SpringCloud、SpringBoot、Spring体系及常见开源框架，掌握原理并能解决实际问题；
2、深入理解一些主流的中间件产品，如Redis、RocketMQ、Kafka、Elasticsearch、API Gateway、负载均衡等，能够根据实际业务场景给出适宜方案；
3、深入理解分布式架构，熟悉主流的微服务框架及其原理，熟悉高并发应用的设计模式；
4、对 Docker、Kubernetes 等容器化技术及云原生领域有实战经验。
