岗位描述：
岗位职责：
1、制定或修订本公司安全生产规章制度、操作规程和生产安全事故应急救援预案；
2、策划及统筹本公司安全生产、环保教育和培训，建立安全生产、环保教育和培训档案；
3、组织开展本公司危险源辨识和评估，督促落实重大危险源的安全管理措施；
4、组织检查本公司的安全生产状况，及时排查生产安全事故隐患，提出改进安全生产管理的建议；督促本公司安全生产整改措施的落实；
5、制止和纠正公司及外部施工方的违章指挥、强令冒险作业、违反操作规程的行为；
6、策划组织本公司各种应急救援演练；负责制定部门年度、月度安全环保工作计划；组织开展安全环保责任制考核，提出奖惩建议；
7、参与对生产安全事故、环境污染事故的调查和处理；协助质量安环中心总监召开安全环保工作会议，组织开展各种安全环保活动；以及外部施工方的安全管理。
