岗位职责：
1、按照项目需求，完成器件建库，整机布局，与结构工程师配合完成PCB的布局和评估；
2、建立和维护零件库并保持更新统一使用零件封装名称和规格；
3、了解LAYOUT设计的基本规范；
4、编制PCB设计中所要的提供的报告，如：零件坐标贴片丝印图以及特殊要求的阻抗设计等报告；
5、建立初始料表给工程师确认零件封装的形态；
6、按照线路设计工程师所写的Layout指南工作如有发现线路和封装有异常及时要反馈；
7、对LAYOUT的技术和技巧对部门内部人员培训作业；
8、会用PADS软件。
任职要求：
1、本科（含）以上学历，电力电子、电子科学与技术、计算机应用技术或电子信息技术及相关专业；
2、熟练使用Protel，PADS，CAM350等电路设计工具，精通PCB的设计、了解加工、SMT流程及工艺，精通PADS优先；
3、熟悉电路板设计具有4层以上的Layout经验，熟悉电路工作原理，电磁理论，模拟电路，掌握大功率开关电源，逆变器等各工作模块的工作原理及PCB布线的规则；
4、有理解常用电路的能力者、有EMIEMCESD以及车载充电机及车载DCDC产品LAYOUT经验者优先；
5、良好的文档写作能力、沟通能力，较强的逻辑思维能力，良好的语言表达和组织能力；
6、身体健康，良好的协助精神，服从工作安排；
7、从事过电动汽车充电设备、高频开关电源等行业的优先录用；
8、至少3年以上PCB Layout从业经验。
