岗位职责：
1．针对特定需求场景，设计并构建实用、高效的智能体应用
2．基于 Python及各类模型API，实现复杂AI应用的核心算法逻辑。
3．持续跟进*新的开源框架与模型进展，深入理解其能力边界与资源需求，结合业务场景进行产品功能构思与演示开发。
职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，优秀的专科也可以接受，计算机相关专业，两年相关工作经验。
2.至少1年聚焦人工智能应用方向。
3．对主流开源大语言模型的应用开发有实践经验。
4．曾有智能体开发搭建并落地过项目。
5．能够根据业务场景设计高质量 Prompt，优化交互流程，提升模型效果。
6．了解 RAG技术原理，熟练运用向量数据库，能够实现高效的知识检索与问答。
7．掌握Python等编程语言，能熟练使用 LangChain、Llamalndex等相关智能体开发框架。
8．对容器化和微服务架构有一定理解
9．参与过多智能体（Multi-Agent）协作系统的研发，具备大规模智能体应用的性能优化经验优先。
