1、负责Java项目产品功能开发工作，参与需求分析及技术方案讨论；
2、按照项目计划，独立完成功能模块的代码实现、单元测试及相关文档编写；
3、深入理解业务逻辑，参与项目实施与交付，协助项目经理完成系统配置及客户支持工作；
岗位要求
1、计算机或相关专业，统招大专及以上学历；
2、具有3年以上企业级项目开发或维护经验，其中至少2年Java项目开发经验；
3、Java基础：具备扎实的Java编程功底，熟悉JVM原理、多线程、集合框架等基础知识，代码规范、可读性好、易于维护；
4、主流框架：熟练掌握Spring Boot、MyBatis等主流开发框架，理解其核心设计思想；
5、中间件：熟悉RocketMQ等消息中间件的使用与集成，有实际项目经验者优先；
6、数据库：熟悉MySQL、Oracle等关系型数据库，具备良好的SQL编写能力及性能调优经验；
7、版本控制与工具：熟练使用Git、Maven/Gradle及主流IDE（如IntelliJ IDEA），具备较强的代码调试与问题定位能力；
8、前端能力：了解HTML、CSS、JavaScript，具备Vue/React等前端框架或NodeJS开发经验者优先。
9、接受非纯技术性工作任务，愿意兼顾业务逻辑学习与技术成长；
10、能够适应短期外地出差，具备良好的抗压能力；
11、工作态度认真、责任心强，具备主动学习意识和良好的沟通协作能力，有团队合作精神。
