1、理解业务需求，设计和开发基于 Sailyond 的数据管理平台、模型管理平台;

2、负责现有产品的性能优化;

3、与运维合作部署并维护项目。

职位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，3 年以上 Ruby on Rails 实际工作经验;

2、熟悉 Rails 项目 docker 环境的开发与部暑，熟悉 gems 及其扩展;

3、熟悉 Vue3 和 Vite, 有数据库日常设计开发以及优化经验(MySQL、PostgreSQL);

4、熟悉 Linux 系统，能在 Linux 系统上部署 web 项目;

5、熟悉底层中间件、分布式技术(包括 redis 缓存、消息系统等);

6、良好的代码风格和编程习惯，学习能力强，独立思考能力强，热爱研发工作;

7、良好的英文听说读写能力。
