岗位职责
1. 负责昆仑太科相关产品的研发工作，包括产品功能模块的需求分析、设计及研发。
2. 通过IPMI、Redfish、SNMP、SSH等协议，对接并适配各类服务器、网络及存储硬件。
3. 赴客户现场完成产品部署、适配、调试与技术支持，保障系统稳定运行。
岗位要求
1. 本科及以上，计算机相关专业，6年以上Java开发经验，有大型分布式项目经验优先。
2. Java基础扎实：精通多线程、JVM、GC调优，能独立处理OOM、CPU飙高等问题。
3. 深度掌握Spring Boot、Spring Cloud/Dubbo生态，理解原理与源码，熟悉OSGI者优先。
4. 熟悉MySQL/Oracle调优、分库分表；掌握至少一种NoSQL（Redis/MongoDB/ES）。
5. 熟练使用消息队列（RocketMQ/Kafka/RabbitMQ），理解消息可靠性、事务消息等机制。
6. 具备分布式事务、分布式锁、配置中心、服务发现等实践经验。
7. 熟悉Linux开发与运维，善于沟通，能适应短期出差。
8. 熟练使用AI工具辅助开发，有AI相关产品设计实现经验优先。
9. 自驱力强，能主动规划工作并闭环推进。
