岗位职责：
1、参与公司后端服务的设计、开发和维护
2、确保高性能和高可靠性使用Java进行后端开发，编写高质量的代码

任职要求：
1、至少5年以上Java开发经验，数学，计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历，能够独立担当功能模块的设计开发，中高级开发水平；
2、熟悉Java常用设计模式，并且能够合理运用，基本技术特性，如Java数据结构，多线程编程，Java IO等；
3、熟悉Spring,Spring boot,Spring Cloud等相关技术栈
4、熟悉MySQL数据库，能独立完成MySQL的数据库设计、性能调优等；
5、良好的沟通协作能力，具有责任心，抗压且乐观，有团队合作精神，善于总结和分享
