岗位职责：
1.产品方案与技术协助：协助研发制定产品方案、安装及实验技术条件；对新产品样机进行装机指导。
2.客户支持与服务：现场对接客户，解决技术难题与客户需求；客户SOP等资料的收集与整理；客户现场及公司内部整体架设。
3.问题反馈与质量改进：及时记录并邮件反馈问题点；向上级反馈产品质量问题及客户投诉；总结设备装配、调试、现场运行及售后过程中的问题，提出产品改进建议。
4.物料与文档管理：设备相关物料的管控与整理。
5.其他工作：配合部门领导的其他工作安排。

任职要求：
1.全日制大专及以上学历，机械、液压、机电或机电工程等相关专业；
2.有3-5年以上设备组装/维护等工作经验，有设备公司相关FAE经验优先；
3.读懂基本的图纸，包括机械设计图，装配图，电气原理图，电子线路图等；
4.具备独立非标设备调试/故障分析能力，报告撰写能力；
5.善于和客户进行技术沟通和交流，良好的客户服务意识和团队协作精神,有耐心和责任心；
6.能适应出差调试工作，有独立思考的能力，善于发现问题与解决问题，个性积极主动，具备积极的工作态度，较高的责任感和执行力。
