1.本科及以上微电子或电子类相关学历
2.电子设计，开发，半导体行业FAE/AE背景，行业从业2年及以上电源IC相关的FAE经验
3.能在客户现场独立处理简单的技术问题，能准确反馈客户端的问题和状况
4.沟通能力强，对外/对内技术协调能力，
5.积极主动，能独立安排工作，能在压力下工作，能适应一定频率的出差
6. 有一线大客户支持的工作经验是加分项
