岗位职责：
1、具备扎实的编程能力，对主流的开源框架有深入的了解，并且对此有做出贡献具有自我驱动和自我管理能力，能够针对系统的不足提出改进方案并推动实现。
2、全流程开发:负责手机app端的前后端功能(包含后台管理的后端)设计、开发与维护。
3、技术攻坚:解决系统性能优化、高并发处理等技术难题，参与架构设计与代码重构。
4、选择性探索AI技术在项目中的轻量化应用。
5、编写技术文档、管理项目进度，并负责系统测试、培训验收及工作总结，配合跨部门沟通。

职位要求
1、学历基础:计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3-5年全栈开发经验优先。
2，熟悉Flutter框架、golang语言和php，熟练使用各种Flutter布局、动画；
3，有Flutter基础建设经验和完整的混合架构经验；
4，精通iOS/Android开发平台及框架原理，以及iOS/Android控件的使用，熟练掌握iOS/Android界面和交互开发；
5，精通go/php开发语言，熟悉以上语言主流的web开发框架。
6移动端App(原生/Hybrid/React Native/Flutter);熟悉App开发全流程(需求分析→上架部署)，有混合开发或跨平台框架实战案例。
7,接触过AI相关开发,参与AI+给合的创新项目者优先;
8，具备扎实的数据结构算法基础及良好的架构设计能力，熟练运用设计模式；
9，具备良好的责任心、上进心、执行力以及良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力；
加分项：
1，有参与过手表，手环可穿戴类健康app开发经验优先；
2，能够熟练使用 Flutter+原生进行 Android和IOS App 开发优先；
3，对前沿技术的预研和引入充满兴趣。
