岗位职责
1. 负责核心业务模块的设计与开发，保证系统的高性能和稳定性；
2.参与系统的需求分析、技术选型和架构设计，并撰写相关技术文档；
3.负责或参与解决系统中的关键技术问题和性能瓶颈；
4.持续优化现有系统的架构和代码，提高系统的可维护性和扩展性；
5.与产品、测试、运维团队紧密协作，确保项目按时高质量交付。
岗位要求
1. 本科，计算机相关专业，有项目开发经验；
2.精通 Spring 全家桶（包括 Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC 等），具有微服务架构开发经验；
3.熟练掌握 MySQL 等关系型数据库，具备存储过程、索引优化、慢查询调优等能力；
4.熟练使用 Redis/Memcached 等缓存技术，对缓存穿透、雪崩等问题有解决方案；
5.熟悉多线程编程、并发处理，了解线程池、锁机制等，并能在实际项目中应用；
6.熟悉 Linux 操作系统及常用命令，了解 Docker/Kubernetes 等容器化技术。
加分项：
1.熟悉 DevOps 流程和工具，如 CI/CD、Jenkins 等；
2.熟悉使用AI工具进行开发。
