岗位职责：
1、贯彻执行有关安全生产法律法规、标准和安全生产制度，定期检查公司各部门各项安全制度的落实、督促整改
2、定期进行公司内部风险评估和风险控制策划，运用风险评估的方法进行岗位和区域风险评估，找出高风险危险源并且有效控制，为员工提供安全的工作条件
3、对公司外来人员相关方进行安全管理
4、对公司危险化学品的采购、入库、分装、使用等进行监督，确保合规、安全
5、维护EHS体系、ISO45001及安全标准化
6、协助辨识安全相关的法律法规，并进行评价，确保公司在安全、职业健康、环保方面符合法律法规的各项要求
7、根据年度应急演练计划，组织相关部门开展应急演练培训、演习、总结，提升人员应急素养，降低伤害
8、参加事故救援、事故调查和起草事故调查报告，督促事故整改措施的实施
任职要求：
1、年龄25-32周岁，统招本科及以上学历，化工、电气、机械、安全工程、环境工程相关专业；
2、具有2年及以上制造业安全管理工作经验，光伏、电子、半导体等相关行业安全管理经验者优先
3、具备良好的职业道德，责任心强，工作严谨细致，具有较强的风险防范意识和应急处置能力。
4、拥有优秀的沟通协调能力、组织管理能力和问题解决能力，能够有效推动跨部门安全工作的开展
5、熟练使用Office办公软件，具备基本的数据分析和报告撰写能力。
