3. 精通FreeSWITCH系统架构，具备实际的二次开发经验。
4. 精通SIP、RTP/RTCP等VoIP协议，熟悉SIP呼叫处理流程。
5. 熟练掌握Linux环境下的C/C++开发。
6. 熟悉网络编程，对Linux系统及原理有深入理解。
7. 熟悉MRCP协议及其应用，有与ASR（语音识别）、TTS（语音合成）服务对接经验。
8. 有大型分布式、高性能服务器程序开发经验（优先）。
9. 熟悉Kamailio/OpenSIPS等软交换平台（优先）。
10. 了解Docker/Kubernetes等容器化技术（优先）。
11. 具备优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，能承担技术攻关工作。
12. 良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神和责任心。
【岗位职责】
1. 核心平台开发：负责FreeSWITCH平台的核心设计、二次开发、功能模块定制与性能优化。
2. 系统架构与集成：参与设计并优化呼叫中心整体架构，确保其高并发、高可靠与可扩展性；负责FreeSWITCH与业务系统（如AI话术引擎）、第三方服务（如ASR/TTS服务）的集成对接。
3. 问题排查与运维保障：负责呼叫中心通信链路上疑难问题的排查和解决，保障线上服务的稳定性与语音质量。
4. 技术预研与攻关：跟进VoIP领域前沿技术，负责大规模网络通信产品核心技术难点的攻关与研发。
5.本岗位需要C++开发FreeSWITCH模块，不是运维/配置岗。
