岗位职责：
1、负责IT项目关键系统和子系统的需求分析
2、负责IT项目关键系统和子系统的系统设计
3、负责IT项目开发工作量评估评审，开发任务排期评审
4、负责制定IT项目开发编码规范，保证开放代码质量
5、负责IT项目技术重构和基础架构优化方案，保持项目的技术先进性
6、负责系统的安全稳定运行，能够对生产事件，快速响应判断、分析、解决，并通过研发改进逐步提升系统可用性
7、指导和培养开发工程师，参与团队梯队建设
任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业，本科以上学历，2年以上工作经验
2、精通Jaya编程，Jaya基础扎实，具备Jaya虚拟机诊断和调优能力
3、熟练掌握Web前端技术，能够熟练运用jQuery、Bootstrap、VUE、ElementUI等
4、熟悉常用开发框架Spring、Spring MVC、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、Dubbo等
5、熟悉数据库开发技术，熟悉MySql数据库或SqlServer数据库，熟悉数据库性能优化
6、熟悉设计模式和代码规范
7、具备较强的抽象思维能力，有能力将共性需求提炼成产品
8、有良好的编程习惯和技术文档编写习惯
9、有良好的沟通与表达能力、责任心强、乐于团队协作，有一定团队管理能力和经验，具有较大的抗压能力。
10、能够适应出差。
