● 能够主导关键模块的技术方案设计与核心代码开发，参与需求分析、架构评审与代码审查，确保系统可维护性与技术前瞻性；
● 精通 AI 工程开发核心知识，深入理解知识库构建逻辑、了解大模型原理（如 Transformer 架构）及技术栈，具备大模型应用实战经验（包括但不限于：大模型微调、Prompt Engineering、大模型 API/SDK 集成、基于大模型的问答系统 / 业务决策系统开发、工作流业务场景结合落地等）；
● 深入理解Dify、Coze、LangGraph等开源框架架构与核心逻辑；
● 了解Multi-agent 框架、智能记忆管理（如mem0、cognee）等前沿技术；
● 有LLM上下文工程经验者优先。
