岗位职责：
1.严格按照工艺文件完成应变计与弹性体的清洗、涂胶、定位、粘贴、加压、固化等全流程操作。
2.熟练使用贴片工装、夹具及加热加压设备，确保贴片位置精度、胶层厚度及固化参数符合技术要求。
3.执行贴片过程中的自检与互检，使用万用表、绝缘电阻测试仪等工具检测应变计阻值、绝缘性能、零点漂移。
4.记录贴片过程数据，及时发现并上报异常，参与不良品原因分析与改进。
5.负责贴片相关设备（如烘箱、加压机、测试仪器）的日常点检、保养与清洁。
6.管理贴片耗材（应变计、胶水、助剂等），做好台账记录与库存预警。
7.配合研发工程师进行新品试制，反馈贴片工艺难点，参与工艺参数优化与标准化作业指导书修订。
8.协助培训新员工贴片操作技能，推动工序效率与良率持续提升。
任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，机械、电子、材料、自动化等相关专业优先；
2.具有1年以上应变计贴片或精密电子元器件手工焊接、粘接装配经验者优先；
3.具有传感器制造、仪器仪表或半导体封装行业经验者优先。能接受加班或倒班，上六休一。
