任职要求：
1、精通JAVA语言具备3-5年实际开发经验，熟悉整体开发流程，具备个人独立构建及维护项目能力；
2、熟练掌握Spring、 SpringBoot 、SpringCloud、redis、mybatis、mybatis-plus、mysql、element-ui等框架，并具备一定的源码阅读能力；
3、掌握jquery，js，element-ui，vue等主流前端技术，具备独立前端开发能力；
4、熟悉中间件和消息机制，熟悉事务性系统建设的要求；
5、熟悉多线程，熟悉高可用、高性能的设计方案，具备性能调优经验；
6、熟练掌握MySql数据库，对其他信创数据库有一定的了解，具备熟练的sql编写能力，了解数据库设计原则；
7、熟悉Linux 操作系统，熟悉Linux常用命令，熟练使用Git、Maven等项目管理工具；
8、拥有良好的表达和沟通能力，具有较强的分析问题、方案整合和解决问题的能力；良好的团队合作精神，关注和乐于尝试*新的技术；具备一定的抗压能力，接受加班；加班补贴另算
