1.负责公司操作系统底层、中间件（数据库、消息队列）或网络通讯组件的开发、性能优化及疑难问题攻关；

2.承接从一线工程师→问题处理组→研发层上升的复杂技术故障，解决研发层积压的高难度问题；

任职要求：

全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，35周岁以下；
编程语言不限（Go/Python等），但必须熟悉至少一种，并具备扎实的底层编码与调优能力；

满足以下任一方向的技术要求：
操作系统方向：熟悉Linux内核、cgroup/namespace、性能剖析工具（perf/eBPF）；

中间件方向：有MySQL/PostgreSQL/Kafka/RocketMQ等中间件内核级开发、源码修改或深度调优经验；

网络通讯方向：精通TCP/IP、epoll/io_uring、DPDK/XDP，能处理高并发网络问题；

具备实际SRE经验：能独立完成集群部署、数据备份恢复、网络故障排查、系统稳定性保障；
