Key Responsibilities：
1.Responsible fMaster Service Agreement (MSA), Workder (WO)
budget review to ensure all pre-award activities are all completed.
2.Participate in proposal development. May lead bid defense presentations in
partnership with Business Development cross-functional staffs.
3. Lead the kick off meeting to establish client expectations fproject delivery,
ensure project scope, budget resource requirement are well delivered to
project team.
4.Lead the project team fproject financial management, ensure overall
project profitability from resource assignment review, changeder
management budget timeline control.
5.Responsible fdeveloping a project plans tools guideline by following
applicable SOPs in accordance with project requirement to ensure highest
quality delivery fproject execution.
6.Responsible fProject Quality by identifying managing quality issue
proactively through team communication, report/metrics review. Collaborate
with project team fCorrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)
implementation faudit findings any project related issue.
7.Responsible fProject Level Deviation Protocol Deviation (PD)
management, ensue project is progressing according to quality standards,
SOPs, ICH-GCP and/other guidelines to fulfill local regulations.
8.Responsible fsystem compliance, ensure overall system quality with
regular review from project team.
9.Work with team to prepare project plans, project status other
administrative reports submit to clients as required by the contract
exhibit, other internal stakeholders.
experiences skills
1.5 years clinical research experience including 2 years project management
experience equivalent combination of education, training, experience.
2.Requires deep knowledge of one more related job areas typically
obtained through advanced education combined with experience. Typically
viewed as having a specialty within discipline.
3.Ability to manage multiple varied tasks with enthusiasm prioritize
workload with attention to detail.
4.Bachelor’s degree in a life-sciences related field equivalent combination of
education, training experience.
5.Competent in writtenal English local language.
