岗位职责：
1.负责Java后台相关项目产品的研发，进行代码开发测试等工作，保证代码的健壮性、可读性、易维护性;
2.负责Java后台项目产品的设计改进及性能优化;
3.编写相关的技术文档，如数据库设计文档、详细设计文档等;
4.对所开发的产品进行版本更新及维护，以满足业务运营要求;
5.持续的优化相关项目产品的质量、性能及体验;
6.与用户、内部团队及外部合作方保持良好沟通及合作;
7.具备一定技术领导力，能带领团队不断突破、持续创新，并制定项目计划，按时提交高质量代码，完成项目研发交付;
8.责任感强、以团队成功为目标，有创新精神，积极进取；
9.能承受一定的工作压力，能适应阶段性出差。
岗位要求:
1.计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，至少3年以上实际Java开发工作经验;
2.精通JavaEE体系架构，熟悉SpringBoot、SpringCloud、Maven、JPA等技术框架;
3.熟悉设计模式，能够独立开展JAVA项目模块设计;
4.熟悉应用服务器如Nginx、Tomcat等中间件安装、部署、调试;
5.熟悉HTTP/HTTPS、TCP、WEBSOCKET原理，且在实际项目中应用过;
6.具有大型数据库的开发经验，熟悉MySql，NoSql等;
7.掌握源码管理工具Git；
8.具备良好的责任心、沟通协调能力和团队精神;
9.具有工业软件经验，包括智能排程、MES、LIMS、SCADA相关行业经验者优先，具有化工相关行业经验者优先。
