岗位职责：
1、新产品软件研发:结合公司发展战略，配合公司产品的发展规划，结合市场客户的需求，进行新产品的软件需求分析，设计与代码编写、测试；
2、现有产品软件迭代:通过产品客户的使用反馈情况，对产品的软件存在的问题进行修复，并持续对软件进行不断的优化；
3、产品软件测试与维护:对产品的软件开发完成后进行相应功能模块的测试，保障软件能够发布上线无功能缺陷；对线上服务器的运行状况，产品软件的运行情况定期进行检查和维护；
4、技术文档与代码归档:对产品软件开发的关键技术要点和对外的接口进行文档编写并归档；代码定期归档上传至公司代码托管仓库；
任职条件：
1、具有本科及以上学历，计算机软件等相关专业；
2、具备至少5年的Java软件开发经验；
3、熟悉主流的JavaWeb框架SpringMVC/SpringBoot/SpringCloud等框架，会用微服务的中间件，有微服务项目经验，有阅读过框架，中间件源码；
4、熟悉关系型数据MySQL/Oracle/SQLServer等，非关系型数据Redis/MongoDB等；
4、熟悉jbpm/activiti或其他工作流，阅读过底层实现原理，能通过开源框架实现功能二开；（此项必须具备相关经验，无经验者请勿投！！）
5、有性能调优和高并发处理经验；
6、有物联网软件或者tcp、udp等网络编程相关经验的优先；
7、有hadoop生态圈经验优先；
