岗位职责：
1.生产过程监控与质量管控
依据巡检计划、工艺控制计划及法规要求，对生产全过程进行巡回检查，重点监控关键工序、特殊过程及关键工艺参数的执行情况；
对物料、中间品、半成品的关键控制点进行抽样检查与记录，及时发现并拦截不合格品，上报质量异常趋势；
运用SPC等统计工具监控过程质量数据，识别向好/向差信号，为预防性决策提供数据支持。
2.现场合规性监督检查
定期巡检生产现场人、机、料、法、环、测各环节符合性，包括人员资质与操作规范性、设备状态、物料标识与流转、现场5S管理、环境条件（温湿度等）及计量器具校准状态；
及时发现并纠正偏差，确保生产活动持续符合GMP/质量体系要求。
3.质量记录管理与追溯体系建设
规范填写巡检记录，确保记录的真实性、完整性与可追溯性；
监督检查批生产记录、设备运行记录、清洁消毒记录等生产过程记录的及时性与准确性；
参与质量投诉的记录追踪工作，持续完善生产批记录的可追溯能力。
4.偏差处理与持续改进
参与现场偏差处理与不合格品控制，主导或协助分析偏差原因，制定并跟进纠正预防措施（CAPA）；
确保不合格品或疑似不合格品得到及时隔离、标识，防止流入下工序；
协助工程师进行工艺优化与异常原因调查，验证改进效果；
指导生产技术员理解体系文件，反馈操作偏差，协同提升全员质量意识
