岗位职责
1. 主导机柜、机架、模块化单元的结构设计、装配方案、材料选型，兼顾
强度、散热和布局、成本等考量；
2. 依据功率模块布局及热源分布主导进行风道设计或热仿真（风冷/液
冷），提升整体热可靠性；
3. 参与铜排、线缆、接插件、母排的布置设计，优化低阻抗、低感结构与
强弱电隔离；
4. 配合电力电子工程师完成功率模块布局、电磁屏蔽与机械接地方案；
5. 与数字控制工程师协作，确保传感器与通信模块布置合理、维护便捷；
6. 参与样机装配、环境与可靠性验证（振动、温升、IP 等级），问题闭环
与优化整改；
7. 输出结构设计文件、2D/3D 图纸、BOM 清单、装配规范及生产可制造性支
持文件。
任职要求
61 本科及以上学历，机械设计、热能工程、机电一体化相关专业；
61 8 年以上电力电子或新能源装备结构经验；
61 熟练使用 SolidWorks/ProE 进行三维建模和仿真；
61 具备热设计、有限元分析与材料工程知识；
61 熟悉功率设备的散热、接地与 EMC 结构约束；
61 熟悉 IEC / GB 安全标准及 IP 防护等级；
61 了解功率设备的 EMC 结构防护与电气隔离要求；
61 有跨部门协作与现场验证经验。
优先条件
61 有电池测试、BMS、储能、工业电源机柜项目经验；
61 熟悉 IEC 安全规范、IP 防护等级、风冷/液冷系统设计；
61 具备产品化导入经验或结构标准化设计能力；
61 动手能力强，有领域内该有的技术分析和判决能力。
