3、识别公司危险源，并提出和落实管控措施；生产设施和操作活动的日常安全检查和隐患识别，跟进整改和确认效果，进行闭环管理；
4、建立健全本单位安全生产责任制绩效考核机制，监督各部门、各岗位履行情况；
5、负责公司项目建设和施工安全管理，外来人员安全管理，公司保安和财产保全管理相关的制度制定、修订、实施执行；
6、发生生产安全事故，按规定时间和程序报告，组织事故救援和善后处置，配合有关部门开展事故调查处理，组织内部的事故调查处理；
7、负责公司特种设备管理事宜；
8、法律、法规、规章以及本单位规定的其他安全生产职责。
9、对接政府相关部门的EHS工作。
教育背景: 本科学历、安全环境、工程类相关专业；
工作经验: 8年以上化工、材料、粉体等行业工作经验；5年以上安全管理工作经验；
专业知识及技能: 具有安全工程师任职资质，熟悉国家安全法律法规以及当地环保政策，责任心强，态度认真；了解ISO14001，ISO45001等相关知识；良好的工作规划和沟通能力。
技能/证书：中级注册安全工程师证书。
