职位描述：
1.负责EAP及相关自动化系统的需求调研、方案设计、测试上线、系统维护及新Type的开发；与MES系统配合实现数据自动化采集
2.负责RMS需求收集及Recipe Body解析，根据需求提供自动化集成解决方案
3.负责EAP、RMS等系统的日常问题处理、记录分析并寻求改善
4.负责自动化相关系统日常运行状况监控，保证系统稳定运行
5.与公司内部其他部门及外部合作伙伴建立有效的沟通桥梁，推动自动化项目的顺利进行与高质量交付。
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、电气工程、自动化控制或相关专业
2. 至少5年的半导体工作经验，其中至少2年EAP领域的系统管理经验；
3. 熟悉半导体自动化SECS/GEM协议, 熟悉EAP各主要模型, 并有EAP现场测机和开发实施经验
4. 拥有EAP/RMS相关需求的开发经验
5.熟悉 Linux、Windows系统平台和常用服务配置；并具备实务经验
6. 具备强大的问题分析与解决能力；
