【岗位职责】
1、负责公司产品在各大新媒体（小红书、B站、抖音等）平台kol推广，筛选优质合作达人，制定合理的产品投放方案，进行产品有效植入推广，对产品进行有效投放；
2、负责投放作品的内容审核，对投放素材有优化和修改的能力；确保投放内容按时保值上线，且能有一定的爆款比例。
3、负责制定公司产品在聚光、蒲公英、花火等平台广告投放计划以及日常投放；
4、为流量规模和ROI负责，周期性对推广数据进行复盘分析，在预算成本内提供优化策略，使投放效果不断优化以完成既定的广告投放目标和效果。
【岗位要求】
1、有1年以上KOL投放经验，具备kol营销经验和博主筛选能力，有较好的网感，有在线教育投放运营经验优先，有市场/BD议价谈判经验；
2、熟悉各新媒体平台运营机制、投放工具规则、流量逻辑；
3、有小红书、B站、抖音、公众号运营经验优先；有编导经验、营销文案撰写能力优先；
4、有成本意识，重转化思维；有较强的数据分析能力，逻辑思维强，有高效执行力；
5、工作认真细致，学习适应能力强，有较好的抗压能力和责任心；
6、性格活泼，具备良好的沟通和协调能力，善于商务沟通。
