一、岗位职责：
1.主导新产品导入阶段(包含Q机、联调、C样、D样）项目节点把控；
3.对新产品导入过程中重大风险项推动解决；
3.定期组织项目节点汇报，汇总各模块报告，整体输出，并拉通转样件评审；
二、任职要求：
1.工作经验：须具备2年以上锂离子电池行业新产品导入（NPI）或工艺工程全职经验，其中至少1年专注于动力电池或储能电池领域。
2.技能要求：对电极制备（涂布、辊压）、电芯装配（叠片/卷绕、焊接、封装）、化成分容等核心工序有深入的、解决过实际复杂问题的经验。
了解参数，更理解参数对产品性能（能量密度、循环、安全）的影响
3.其他要求：
抗压能力强，能应对紧急工艺异常（如48小时内恢复生产）；
逻辑清晰，具备专利撰写或技术报告总结能力；
具有较强的跨部门沟通能力；
善于总结归纳，有较强的报告协作能力。
