岗位职责：

负责跨境支付核心系统的架构设计、开发及优化，主导支付全链路（收单、清结算、风控等）的技术方案落地。
深入理解支付业务资损风险，设计并实施防资损方案（如对账系统、差错处理、资金稽核等），能通过技术手段规避潜在资金风险。
对接国际支付渠道（如信用卡、本地化支付等），处理跨境支付中的合规、汇率、结算等复杂场景。
持续优化系统性能，解决高并发、分布式事务、数据一致性等核心技术问题。
协同风控、财务、产品等团队，推动支付系统稳定性与安全性的提升。

任职要求：
1. 精通跨境支付支付核心及支付架构, 至少有过一次支付系统全链路主程开发及架构经验.
2. 有防资损概念, 并且有实际的资损例子或者解决方案.
3. 参与支付系统开发维护至少2年以上.
4. 有对接过国外渠道的优先
5. 沟通顺畅, 有自主owner意识
6. 5年以上java开发经验，2年以上架构师经验
7. 英语可以工作沟通加分项
