1、负责对原材料接收、储存及领用过程进行监控，监督不合格原辅料的隔离、标识并跟踪处置；负责复核每班领用的原材料信息；
2、负责过程巡检工作；
3、负责不合格品管理工作；
4、变更管理负责按照变更方案对变更实施过程进行过程监管、取样监督及现场产品质量确认，并完成相关记录。
5、负责SPC管理工作；
6、负责施工、检维修及清理作业管理工作；
7、负责成品管理工作；
8、负责参与当班所有质量异常的调查分析并跟踪改善直至关闭。
任职条件：
1.40岁及以下，大学本科及以上学历，化学化工或其他相关专业；
2.具备2年以上磷酸铁/磷酸铁锂等新能源材料企业现场质量管理工作经验，具有一定的质量管理基础知识；熟悉与岗位相关的质量、安全、环保、职业健康的知识；
3.具备基本的沟通协调能力，良好的团队协作能力，一定的解决问题能力；
4.能熟练使用Excel表、word等办公软件；
5.身体健康、认同公司文化、吃苦耐劳、敬业好学。
