职位描述
一、岗位职责
1、体系建设：配合部门负责人搭建公司内部审计体系，制定《内部审计制度》《审计工作手册》及年度审计计划，建立审计底稿与归档标准。
2、审计执行：独立组织实施财务收支审计、内部控制审计（重点：采购、销售、资金、费用报销）及专项审计（如离任、舞弊、合同履约、资产安全等）。
3、报告与整改：撰写高质量的审计报告，精准揭示问题并提出可落地的整改建议；推动被审计部门落实整改，并跟踪复核整改效果。
4、风险预警：定期向管理层汇报核心风险与管理建议，对新业务、重大合同、制度修订提供事前风控咨询意见。
5、合规文化建设：逐步提升各部门合规意识，平衡监督与服务
6、上市筹备配合：配合公司上市筹备工作，协助中介机构开展上市尽调，提供内控、审计相关资料，配合完成尽调反馈，整改尽调过程中发现的内控及合规问题，推动公司达到上市内控合规标准。
二、任职资格
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，审计、会计、财务管理等相关专业。
2、持有CPA（注册会计师）或CIA（国际注册内部审计师）证书者优先。
3、5-8年审计相关工作经验，其中至少2年企业内审经验（纯事务所背景需有企业内审实操经历）。
4、有从0到1搭建内审部门或主导内审体系建设项目经验者优先。
