岗位职责：
1. 负责AI项目的开发工作，包括：数字人，情绪识别等；
2. 负责产品的需求分析、架构和功能设计、数据结构和接口设计、代码编写、单元测试、集成测试、交付部署、优化维护等相关工作；
3. 按照公司质量管理体系要求，参与软件工程文档编写、发布和维护。
任职要求：
基础要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理、软件工程等相关专业；
2.四年及以上python开发工作经验。
技能要求：
1、熟悉软件工程理念，熟练使用Flask/FastAPI等主力框架，熟悉HTTP/HTTPS协议，熟练使用RESTful/WebSocket接口机制；
2、熟悉大模型训练，模型推理相关原理；
3、熟悉卷积神经网络的基本运行原理；
4、有数字人，人脸识别等相关方面项目经验；
5、能够对现有算法进行参数优化和调试，能够自主解决问题，有相关优化经验者优先；
6、熟练掌握mysql，redis等，能独立完成数据表设计和优化；
7、熟练掌握Linux操作基础命令，有docker，Kubernetes等服务部署经验。
