岗位内容：
1、EAP系统开发：负责EAP系统全生命周期管理，实现产线设备与MES等上游系统的数据采集自动化。
2、其他系统开发：负责工厂RMS,TMS，FDC相关系统的开发和优化，实现对设备端工艺配方的自动化，远程，可视化管理。
3、系统集成：实现EAP系统与周边MES，ERP，AGV等系统的接口对接和开发。
4、设备对接：协助设备部进行设备的开发，采购，制定符合数据采集通信标准的接口方案。
5、EAP系统知识库：实现文档、代码、配置文件的标准化管理。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，自动化、控制工程、机电工程、通信、软件、计算机等相关专业
2、3年以上半导体设备或高端制造自动化项目经验，具备晶圆厂（如8、12英寸产线）背景者优先
3、能适应现场调试、夜间/节假日加班（如系统上线窗口期）
4、能够进行EAP系统的开发、测试与维护，解决系统中的Bug并优化功能
5、掌握EAP系统的功能和架构知识，以及其与MES等系统的集成方式；具备SECS/GEM、OPC UA等设备通讯协议相关知识。
