一、岗位职责
负责 eMMC/UFS 在 Android 平台的测试用例设计与开发工作；
主导 eMMC/UFS 自动化测试脚本及框架的开发、维护与优化；
分析测试结果，精准定位并跟踪缺陷，推动问题闭环；
与开发、产品团队紧密协作，参与需求评审及项目风险评估；
优化测试流程，提升测试效率与覆盖度，保障产品质量。
二、任职要求
（一）基本要求
学历：计算机科学、软件工程、通信工程或相关专业本科及以上学历；
经验：1-3 年及以上 Android 平台测试或开发相关工作经验。
（二）核心技术能力
精通 Android 系统架构（如 Activity 生命周期、四大组件、Binder 机制等），了解 Android 应用开发流程（Java/Kotlin），熟练使用 ADB、Logcat、Systrace、Perfetto 等 Android 调试工具；
掌握软件测试基础理论（黑盒 / 白盒测试、功能 / 性能 / 稳定性 / 兼容性测试等），熟悉完整测试流程（需求分析→用例设计→执行→缺陷跟踪→回归测试）；
精通 Python/Shell 至少一种编程语言，熟悉 Monkey、MonkeyRunner、PerfDog 等性能 / 稳定性测试工具，能独立搭建自动化测试框架并编写可维护、可扩展的测试脚本；
熟悉 Git、Jenkins、GitLab CI 等版本控制与持续集成工具，了解 TestRail、Jira、禅道等测试管理平台，具备 Android 模拟器与真机调试经验及多设备兼容性测试能力。
（三）软技能
具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神；
拥有较强的问题分析与定位能力；
对质量高度敏感，追求极致用户体验；
主动推动质量改进，具备 Owner 意识。
（四）加分项
熟悉 eMMC/UFS 协议及产品测试经验者优先；
持有 PMP 证书及具备项目管理经验者优先。
