岗位职责：
1、支持客户应用，负责根据客户需求进行IGBT模块选型，并提供相应的外围电路方案技术支持；
2、了解所负责客户对产品的技术及质量要求，在技术层面，给公司提供有价值的信息；
3、分析客户行业的技术进展对当前产品的需求及质量提升的要求，协助公司做好产品战略规划；
4、负责芯片及封装成品电性测试和可靠性及应用实验跟踪，并对测试及实验结果分析确认
负责搭建应用平台，完成产品验证评估；
5、负责制定测试规范，维护测试设备和测试程序；
6、负责相应客诉的处理及客户关系的提升；
7、负责客户小样、小批量、批量供货的技术支持，及时收集生产过程中及客户使用过程中的相关测试数据，及时跟踪改进；
8、负责对销售团队进行产品技术培训，提升区域销售团队对产品认识技能和素养。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，自动化，电力电子，电气等相关专业；
2、具有3年及以上IGBT/MOSFET/功率模块的使用经验，有功率器件FAE任职经历工作经历或者有变频器/光伏产品/SVG/伺服驱动/新能源主驱研发经验者优先；
3、熟悉半导体器件原理和应用，了解IGBT模块的封装结构以及生产工艺；
4、性格外向，有良好的沟通协调能力，工作责任心和执行力佳；
5、熟练的英语读写能力；
6、适应加班和出差。
