3.熟悉主流大模型推理框架（如vLLM、Triton、FastAPI、LangChain等），有实际部署经验者优先；
4.熟悉网络编程、多线程/多进程编程，具备高并发服务开发经验；熟悉模型格式（如ONNX、 safetensors、 HuggingFace）及基本优化手段（如量化、缓存机制）；
5.具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作精神，工作积极主动，能独立分析和解决问题；
6. 有大模型（如LLaMA、Qwen、ChatGLM等）部署、微调或RAG系统开发经验者优先。
