Main Accountabilities
1. 与本地化项目负责人一起对本地生产零件做出采购技术分析，向产品设计团队提出建设性建议和经济、可靠、专业的解决方案 Working with localization project leader to do PTA of local production part, put forward constructive proposal economical, reliable professional solutions to product design team
2. 根据本地化计划，在现有设备和实际设备精度基础上规划高效、可靠的工艺路线 According to localization project plan, scheme efficient reliable manufacture process route base on existing equipment equipment accuracy
3. 根据本地化计划，向财务控制提供预估的详细生产工艺路线和加工时间以计算标准成本 According to localization project plan, estimate detail manufacture routing with manufacture hours to controlling flocal production standard value calculation
4. 根据本地化计划， 编写详细的、具有指导意义的中英文工艺过程文件和预估的工艺路线According to localization project plan, compile detail instructive operation process technic document in Chinese English, estimated routing
5. 根据本地化计划， 设计经济、可靠、易于操作的装夹系统和相应夹具 According to localization project plan, design economical, reliable easy-to-operate clamping system relative fixtures
6. 如有粗加工图纸设计要求，负责粗加工图纸设计 Responsible fpre-machining drawing design base on actual request
7. 与相关样品评审成员合作，对采购的毛坯零件和内部加工零件进行评审，并做出释放与否的决定 Cooperate with relevant sample review members to review the purchased raw parts internal machined parts, make decision whether the parts can be released
8. 收集内部加工零件的精确加工时间，转正工艺和工艺路线，并维护到SAP系统以固化产品标准成本 Collect the precise machining time of internal produced parts, convert operation process routing, maintain SAP system to solidify standard value of products
9. 主动收集内部批量生产期间所发生的问题，分析其根本原因，制定解决方案，并实施解决Proactively collect problems that occur during internal mass productions, analyse their root causes, work out solutions, implement to solve
10. 积极开展现场制造技术支持，确保量产顺利进行Proactively carry out on-site manufacture technical support to ensure mass production smoothly
11. 定期进行现场制造过程工艺纪律检查，发现问题，并及时通知相关方整改 Periodically conduct on-site manufacture process execution check, identify problems, notify relevant parties to correct in time
12. 编制生产线具体操作指导书，或评估生产线编制的作业指导书以规范具体操作，避免操作人员犯错Compile specific working instruction fmanufacture line, review working instruction which complied by manufacture line to standardize specific operations avoid operaterrors
13. 及时归档所有自编的与内部加工相关的技术文件和信息 Timely archive all self-compiled relative with internal manufacture documents information
14. 评估内部生产零件的换版信息，更新相应内部技术文件，并决定是否实施样件验证，如需样件验证，则在技术文档更新完毕后通知项目管理发起样件验证 Evaluate the version change information of Internal production parts, the corresponding internal technical documents, decide whether to implement sample verification. If sample verification is required, inform the project management to initiate sample verification after the technical documents are updated
15. 分析现有的产品的加工和装夹系统，收集信息，持续改进加工工艺路线和装夹系统，提高产品质量和加工效率，降低加工成本，提高*终产品质量 Analyze the existing product processing clamping system, collect relative information, continuous improve manufacture process routing clamping system, improve product quality process efficiency, reduce machining cost, improve final product quality
16. 支持生产线实施持续改进项目Support manufacture line to implement CPI projects
17. 向本地供应商提供必要的制造知识交流，并在本地供应商有需求时向供应商提供零件开发的建议Exchange necessary manufacture know-how to local suppliers provide proposal fpart developing if local suppliers have requests
18. 支持现有生产设备的自动化升级改造以及未来自动化生产线的调研和建立 Support the automation upgrade transformation of existing production equipment, as well as the research establishment of future automated production lines.
Additional extraordinary accountabilities: 其他特殊职责
• 根据项目的需求，参与加工设备的更新方案，以达到一方面充分利用设备的产能，另一方面尽可能地降低加工成本的目的 According to the needs from project, participate manufacture equipment project to achieve the purpose of making full use on machine capacity reducing machining cost as much as possible
• 承担工艺、程序部分的档案管理工作Be responsible fthe archival management of the process procedure sections
• 完成直线经理分配的其他任务 Complete other tasks which assigned by line manager
Knowledge , Skill Experience
• 机械设计及制造或相关专业学士学位Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design Manufacturing related major
• 3年以上制造和夹具设计经验 3 yeas+ experience in manufacture fixture design
• 会CNC加工编程者优先Preference given to candidates with CNC machining programming experience
• 熟悉CATIA、AutoCAD、编程软件如MasterCAM Familiar with CATIA, AutoCAD, programming software such as MasterCAM
• 英语4级及以上 CET4 at least
• 良好的计算机技能（MS Office，电子邮件，互联网），熟悉SAP Good computer skills (MS Office, email, internet), familiar with SAP
