岗位职责：
1.制定项目开发和系统总体规划，确定系统架构和技术方案决策。
2.理解和分析公司的业务需求，确定项目或产品的核心算法、技术框架等。
3.负责产品架构分析，提出软件架构整体设计方案、数据库存储设计方案、软件功能模块划分等。
4.负责技术方案编写并参与项目在技术架构方面的评审。
5.负责核心技术问题的攻关和系统优化，协助解决项目开发过程中的技术难题。
职位要求：
1.32周岁以下，本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上相关工作经验；
2.负责过业务流较复杂的项目开发，做过供应链项目，有AI项目及财务项目优先；
3.熟练掌握常用Java框架，熟悉Redis/消息队列等存储中间件，熟悉分布式、高并发、高可用架构。
4.熟练掌握MySQL等关系型数据库，并具备一定的SQL调优能力。
5.具备良好的问题定位分析能力、沟通能力、规划能力、协调能力。
