【岗位目标Purpose of the job: 】
1. 维护公司EHS体系正常运行，确保公司符合EHS方面的法律法规和行业标准。
2.参与新、改、扩建项目的环境健康安全、消防等“三同时”审批手续。
3．负责EHS管理如危化品、PPE、职业健康、危险作业等专项工作的审核与推动。
【主要职责Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:】
1、识别与评估EHS的政策法规，修订、完善并贯彻公司的环境健康安全方针和管理制度。
2、参与新、改、扩建项目的环境健康安全、消防等“三同时”审批手续。
3、编制年度环境健康安全工作计划，并组织监督实施相关管理方案。
4、推动ISO14001和ISO45001体系工作小组的工作，跟踪持续改进相关改善措施。
5、参与处理各类事故处理，检查隐患整改工作，以符合职业健康安全/环境管理体系要求和事故防范要求。
6、制定并组织EHS年度培训计划，落实三级安全教育培训，建立EHS培训档案。
7、负责公司环境保护，例如“三废”管理、节能降耗、碳盘查等环保管理工作。
8、负责公司健康安全管理，例如机械安全、供应商施工管理、PPE、化学品管理、行为安全、职业健康体检等安全管理工作。
9、了解重点区域、设备和工艺的安全/环保设施和措施，做好相应档案、资料的管理。
10、建立EHS文化，组织开展各项EHS活动。
【岗位经验/技能/要求Skills/Knowledge/Experience:】
1、教育背景（学历要求）：大专及其以上学历
2、工作经验：三年及以上EHS相关经验
3、工作技能：熟练应用办公软件，英语CET4及其以上
4、一般要求：良好的沟通、协调能力，有解决突发性事故的紧急应变能力，责任心强
5、其他要求：优先考虑持有注册安全工程师证者，安全/环境工程、电气、机械制造等其他相关专业
