职责描述：
1、根据公司发展战略，统筹并执行负责抖音电商直播/纯佣达人合作项目，协同达成公司业绩指标，以销售结果为导向
2、主动挖掘、拓展并体系化维护抖音平台的KOC、潜力达人及主播资源库，高效促成合作并跟进排期，确保项目落地与销售目标达成；
3、主导或协同完成合作达人的选品推荐、合作方案（BF）优化，定期进行项目复盘与数据分析，持续提升合作效率与产出；
4、负责直播/纯佣短视频内容创意及方向管控，把握品牌、平台内容方向、保证输出直播内容符合品牌调性与平台规范；
5、持续筛选并深耕与高潜力达人的长期合作关系，构建稳定、优质的达人合作生态，为品牌积累可持续的内容传播与销售资源。

任职要求：
1、具备2年以上抖音平台达人商务拓展（BD）或直播商务经验，拥有丰富的KOC、纯佣达人及直播资源者优先；熟悉宠物行业或有养宠经验者优先；
2、优秀的商务谈判能力，善于沟通和协调，能对资源作有效整合；
3、整体把握直播转化路径，不断提升各漏斗数据，有较强的抗压能力；
4、思路开阔创新，自驱力强，学习能力佳，善于思考，自我不断成长和更新迭代；
5、有养宠经验优先，能接受出差。
