岗位职责：‌
1、工艺平台整合与开发‌：负责或参与8英寸GaN HEMT或其他化合物半导体工艺线的开发、整合及持续优化工作，确保多道工艺步骤的协同与稳定性；
‌2、新产品导入与流片管理‌：承接客户或内部研发的新产品/新工艺导入（NPI）任务，进行工艺可行性评估，制定详细的工艺流程，主导流片计划的实施与过程监控；
‌3、客户工程支持‌：作为技术接口，与客户进行深度对接（含项目评估、技术方案讨论、问题解答），管理和满足客户的工艺开发与代工需求；
4‌、产线问题分析与解决‌：利用相关分析测试手段，对生产或研发流片中出现的良率问题、工艺异常进行根本原因分析，提出并实施有效的解决方案；
‌5、团队与项目管理‌：管理特定工艺区域（如镀膜/掺杂区域）的日常运作，进行工作分配、进度追踪与人员协调。具备申报和管理省市级重大科技研发计划项目的经验。
岗位要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，微电子、半导体物理、材料科学与工程等相关专业，具备博士学历者优先；
2、熟悉化合物半导体（GaN、GaAs等）材料特性、器件结构及制造工艺原理，有相关专业课题研究或项目经验者优先；
3、5年以上化合物半导体工艺研发或生产管理经验，其中至少3年以上8英寸GaN HEMT工艺线相关工作经历；
4、具备完整的新产品导入（NPI）项目经验，成功主导过至少2款以上化合物半导体新产品从研发到量产的全流程；
5、拥有省市级重大科技研发计划项目申报与管理经验，作为核心成员参与过至少1项相关项目并顺利结题。
