工作职责：
1.使用 Unity3D 引擎，包含 VR 场景交互开发、UI 交互设计与功能实现；
2.根据产品需求，完成项目中人物、环境、道具、交互的逻辑开发与优化；
3.与美术、后端及产品协同，推动项目高效高质量落地；
4.对现有项目进行持续优化，提高运行效率与用户体验；
5.参与 VR 项目的 SDK 对接，如语音识别、眼动追踪、头戴设备输入等；
6.撰写并维护相关开发文档。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，硕士优先；计算机、软件工程、数字媒体技术等相关专业；
2.熟练掌握 Unity3D 引擎，有5年以上实际开发经验，有完整项目经验优先；
3.有C、C++、C#或Java语言编程基础，了解面向对象编程与常见设计模式；
4.有较强的图形界面开发能力，熟悉 Unity UI 系统（UGUI 或 UI Toolkit）；
5.有 VR 项目开发经验（HTC Vive / Pico / Quest 等）优先；
6.熟悉 Shader、3D 动画系统、物理系统、粒子系统等模块者优先；
7.良好的沟通能力、执行力与团队协作精神，工作态度积极主动。
