岗位职责：
1、依据产品需求和技术需求进行技术方案设计，并主导落地实施；
2、主导/参与系统架构设计、数据库设计、技术选型及核心模块开发，确保软件高可用、高性能（如高并发、分布式系统）；
3、独立完成中小型项目的系统分析、设计，核心功能的设计与代码模板编写，开发与维护系统核心模块；
4、理解业务，识别需求，参与架构、系统、分析设计等多领域项目的相关技术的实践、应用和研发；
5、编写技术文档（设计手册、运维指南等），配合相关团队，完成技术部安排的其他工作；
技能要求
1、精通java开发，了解设计模式，理解IO、多线程、集合等基础，对JVM原理熟悉；熟悉tcp、http等基本协议；
2、具备一定的分布式系统开发设计能力，熟练掌握消息队列技术框架，以及了解常见分库分表策略及中间件，如kafka、ActiveMQ等。
3、精通SpringBoot、Spring-cloud、Mybatis等框架技术；精通使用maven、gradle等项目管理构建工具；精通使用Oracle、Mysql等数据库平台；
4、具备系统调试、性能调优等技能，对疑难技术问题具备较强的排查能力；
5、对于用过的开源产品，深入理解内部原理和机制，如Spring、myBatis、SpringCloud、Dubbo等；
6、深入理解索引、锁机制、事物的底层原理，能排查数据库性能问题；
7、熟练使用git，maven等常用开发工具,了解Linux基本操作，有良好的编程习惯；
