工作职责
1. 主导公司EHS管理体系（ISO45001/ISO14001）的建立、维护与持续改进，确保符合国家及地方法规要求。
2. 负责工厂材料及电池生产全流程的安全风险识别、评估与管控，制定针对性的预防措施及应急预案。
3. 组织开展员工安全培训、应急演练及职业健康监护，提升全员安全意识与应急处置能力。
4. 统筹环保设施（如废气、废水处理系统）的日常运维管理，确保污染物达标排放。
5. 对接政府监管部门，配合完成各类安全、环保检查及事故调查处理工作。
任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、化学工程等相关专业。
2. 拥有3年以上新能源材料或电池或化工行业EHS管理经验，持有注册安全工程师证书优先。
3. 精通国家安全生产、环境保护相关法律法规，熟悉动力电池生产过程中的危化品管理、火灾防控等核心风险点。
4. 具备较强的问题分析能力与应急处置能力，能独立制定EHS管理制度及应急预案。
5. 良好的沟通协调能力，能有效推动跨部门的EHS工作落地。
