岗位职责：
1. 整个企业安全管理体系建设，制定、完善公司安全管理制度，组织安全风险评估，识别隐患并提出整改措施；
2. 定期开展现场安全检查，记录问题并跟踪整改，监督特种设备（叉车、压力容器等）及作业人员（电工、焊工等）的合规操作；
3. 组织员工安全培训，制作安全宣传材料，提升全员安全意识；
4. 参与安全事故调查，分析原因并制定预防措施；
5. 编制应急预案，组织应急演练，协调外部资源（消防、安监部门等）处理突发事件；
6.监测作业环境（噪音、粉尘、有毒物质等），确保符合职业健康标准；
7. 维护安全相关台账、档案及合规证书。
任职要求：
1.大专及以上，安全工程、环境科学、化工、机械等相关专业优先，有电池安全管理工作经验优先；
2.持有《安全员资格证》，熟练操作Office，编写安全报告及应急预案；
3.较强的沟通协调能力，能推动各部门落实安全措施。
