岗位职责：
1、主导集团QSHE（质量、安全、健康、环境）管理体系整合，统筹PSM、HSE、ISO 14001/45001等多体系融合与标准化落地。
2、制定集团年度安全战略目标，分解至各子公司/工厂并监督执行，定期输出集团安全绩效报告。
3、跟踪国家及地方安全环保法规动态，建立集团合规审查机制，规避法律风险。
4、主导集团新建、改建、扩建项目的安全评价，推进高危工艺风险评估，推动HAZOP/LOPA分析在各子公司/工厂的技术落地。
5、设计集团的应急指挥平台，统筹集团应急演练与资源调度；负责集团级事故调查、分析及处理。
6、联动供应链部门，制定供应商/承包商EHS准入标准，主导关键供应商安全验厂。
7、策划集团级安全文化活动，推动安全文化渗透。
8、培养集团安全管理人员，建立集团内部导师制与安全专家库。
9、协调维护与政府安全监督管理部门的关系。
岗位要求：
1. 教育背景：本科及以上，安全工程、化工等相关专业。
2、工作经验：3年以上精细化工企业安全管理或第三方咨询机构安全工程师岗位工作经验。
3、证书：持有中级注册安全工程师资格（必备），特种设备管理资格或危险化学品标准化管理资格，ISO 14001/45001内审员证书优先。
4、具有良好的沟通协调能力、组织执行能力、监督管控能力。
5、身体健康、遵纪守法、品行端正、作风严谨，具有良好的职业素养和安全防范意识。
