岗位要求：
1.教育水平：大专以上学历；
2.专业背景：化学工程相关专业等相关专业；
3.工作经验：具有石化装置3年以上设备专业技术管理工作经验；熟练掌握精细化工设备运作原理，具备化工设备工程安装、验收、维修、维护相关工作经验；熟悉化工行业的各种规范、标准及生产流程；熟悉各类化工设备的生产运行管理；能根据产品工艺独立配置相应系统生产设备，能根据功能要求选型并设计特殊化工设备。熟练掌握AutoCAD制图。
4.其他要求：具备良好的沟通能力、执行力，吃苦耐劳，踏实肯干。
