岗位职责
- 负责大模型（开源/商用）在企业业务场景的落地应用，包括Prompt工程、RAG知识库搭建、智能问答、文案生成、业务流程自动化等相关开发工作。
- 基于LangChain、LlamaIndex等框架，开发大模型应用工具、接口封装及系统集成，对接企业现有业务系统，实现AI能力的快速落地。
- 负责大模型应用的效果优化，包括Prompt调优、RAG检索优化、问答准确率提升，建立简单的效果评测体系。
- 参与AI Agent相关开发，包括任务拆解、工具调用、工作流编排、记忆模块设计，实现多智能体协作及业务自动化。
- 配合产品、业务团队，梳理AI应用需求，提供技术方案支持，推动AI能力在各业务场景的规模化应用。
- 关注大模型应用领域前沿技术，结合业务实际需求，探索多模态、模型微调、推理优化等相关技术的落地可能性。
任职要求
1. 学历与经验
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、数据科学等相关专业。
- 2年以上年AI应用开发、大模型应用相关工作经验；
- 有企业级大模型应用、RAG知识库、AI Agent落地经验者优先。
