岗位职责：
1、负责监控系统迭代升级，对接设备监控采集及日常设备监控采集维护工作。
2、参与监控系统的需求分析、模块设计与核心功能迭代；
3、配合架构师完成技术架构落地，实现服务编排、告警引擎、权限控制等核心模块的支撑；
4、保障平台高可用、可扩展，支持千级节点设备的纳管、部署与运维；
5、配合团队完成日常需求评审、缺陷修复等工作，保障任务按时交付。
入职要求：
1、深入理解Java语言特性，包括但不限于JVM原理、内存模型、并发编程（锁、线程池、AQS）、IO模型等；熟悉常用设计模式，具备良好的代码抽象能力。
2、熟练掌握 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等开源框架，了解其核心原理（如IoC、AOP、自动配置），能独立搭建微服务应用。
3、具备实际Prometheus使用经验，能够编写Exporter采集业务指标，熟悉PromQL查询语言，并能结合Grafana进行可视化展示与告警配置；理解Metrics、Loki、Tracing等可观测性概念。
4、具备实际高并发（如秒杀、抢购、高流量API）场景下的开发经验，熟悉分布式缓存（Redis）、消息队列（Kafka/RocketMQ）、数据库分库分表、读写分离等常见性能优化手段；有线上应急、性能调优、故障排查经验。
5、掌握Go语言开发，熟悉Goroutine、Channel、并发模型，有Go实际项目经验（或至少能熟练使用Go进行微服务开发）者优先。
