一、岗位简介
本次招聘共计10人，负责公司浪潮HCM人力一体化平台的二次开发、功能迭代、架构优化与部署落地工作。项目主要基于Python+达梦数据库容器化架构开发，同时拓展Java+Vue技术架构体系。优先招聘掌握Python、Java双栈人员，其中1-2人需具备Vue前端开发能力。岗位分工：Python开发7人、Java开发3人。
二、岗位职责
1、负责人力平台后端开发、架构优化与性能调优，保障系统稳定运行；
2、参与项目需求分析、技术方案设计，输出相关技术文档；
3、负责开发环境搭建、功能测试、系统集成与容器化部署；
4、攻克项目技术难题，跟进技术迭代，优化架构、清理技术债务；
5、配合团队完成项目落地，完成上级交办的各类技术相关工作。
三、任职要求
1、计算机相关专业，3年及以上软件开发经验，熟悉对应技术栈，掌握Python、Java双技术栈者优先；
2、Python方向：熟练使用FastAPI/Django/Flask任意一种Web框架，具备独立搭建后端服务能力；熟悉达梦、MySQL等数据库，掌握SQL优化、索引设计，了解Redis缓存应用；
3、Java方向：熟悉Java后端开发，适配项目架构开发需求，可配合完成平台功能拓展开发；
4、专项能力：1-2名人员需具备Vue前端开发能力，可独立完成前端页面开发适配；
5、熟悉Linux环境、Git、Docker，具备CI/CD部署实操经验，有系统二开经验；
6、有人力资源HCM系统开发经验者优先，可接受北京出差；
7、具备良好的沟通协作能力、责任心强，适配团队开发节奏。
